Aimed at native German speaking students of Chinese at universities without prior knowledge. The textbook includes - in addition to German annotations and Hanyu Pinyin romanization - traditional Chinese characters only. This works is a new development especially for German language learners and the result of many years of collaboration between the National Taiwan Normal University, Taibei and Heidelberg University with an international team of authors.
