Chinese Visual Dictionaries

The use of prictures is proven to aid understanding and the retention of information. Working on this principle, this highly-illustrated multilingual dictionary presents a large range of useful current vocabulary in three languages.

My little Chinese picture dictionary is aiming primarily at elementary and high school students. With more than 1400 selected and age-appropriate words and phrases. 70 authentic themes with engaging illustrations and photos.

This handy companion is particularly suitable for Chinese-speaking children who want to learn English. The dictionary includes more than 800 pages, but still is very compact.  It has around 3000 entries in both the English-Chinese and the Chinese-English part. This dictionary has a lot of small color illustrations and the terms are clearly illustrated by example sentences. The first part - the English-Chinese part and the second part, the Chinese-English part, come without Hanyu Pinyin, only simplified Chinese and English are given.
