Die Serie "Thorough Analyses of New HSK" ist eine Übungsbuchserie für die neue HSK-Prüfung. Die komplette Serie besteht aus insgesamt fünf verschiedenen Titeln, ein Buch für die Stufe 1 und 2 zusammen sowie je ein Buch für die Stufen drei bis sechs der neuen HSK-Prüfung. Die Lerneinheiten der Bücher bestehen aus den Elementen Erklärung der Fragetypen, Problemlösungsstrategien, wichtige Testpunkte, Analyse nach dem Test sowie Übung spezifischer Sprachfertigkeiten. Weiterhin sind je nach Band drei bis vier komplette Musterprüfungen enthalten, die den realen Test nachstellen.  Die enthaltenen Übungen und Testfragen werden begleitet von Erklärungen in Frage-Antwortform. Dieser Band behandelt die Stufe 4 des HSK-Tests. Enthalten sind folgende Übungen: 27 Testpunkte für den Hörverstehen Teil, 13 Testpunkte für den Leseverständnis Teil sowie 12 Punkte für den Aufsatz Teil. Book Description
Thorough Analyses of New HSK is a series of textbooks written for New HSK examinees. The series, consisting of five books, one combined book for levels 1 and 2 and one book each for levels 3-6. The compilation style of the books is consistent, with the modules designed in accordance with the New HSK content. Each module is divided into several different parts, including Explanation of Question Types, Problem-Solving Skills, Important Testing Points, Past Test Analysis, and Practice of Specific Language Skills. Moreover, the series has three or four sets of mock tests in the end in order for readers to test themselves. All the exercises and mock tests have Q & A explanations for the convenience of students’ self-learning and teachers’ instructions.

The series of Thorough Analyses of New HSK, based on a thorough investigation into the examination syllabus and the past examination papers, summarizes the language points, and analyzes the types of questions. It focuses on the recurrence of high-frequency words, without neglecting words not listed in the examination syllabus. The combination of training and testing improves not only candidates’ language proficiency, but also their test-taking skills.

Designed for examinees of HSK (Level 4), Thorough Analyses of New HSK (Level 4) summarizes 27 testing points in the listening comprehension part, 13 in the reading comprehension part, and 12 in the writing part. About the Author
The Editor-in-Chief Li Chunling has rich experience in TCFL (teaching Chinese as a foreign language), HSK guidance and textbook compilation. She is the chief writer and one of the major designers of the Simulated Tests of the New HSK (Level 4) published by Beijing Language and Culture University Press.
