Erya Chinese—Elementary Chinese: Comprehensive Course is a comprehensive course book for international Chinese majors in their first year of college. The book is divided into two volumes Ⅰ and Ⅱ, each further divided into two sub-volumes 1 and 2. This is the second book of the second volume for the second semester of the first year of college.

There are a total of 9 lessons in the book, each comprising several sections such as “Learning tips”, “Warm-up”, “Classroom learning”, “Practice” and “Summary”. Every three lessons make up a unit, with a set of unit exercises provided. The book comes with worksheets, an MP3 CD of texts and new words, unit tests and mid-term and final tests.

《尔雅中文 初级汉语综合教程》是留学生本科专业一年级必修课——综合课教材。分为上、下两册,每册又包括1、2两个分册。本册为下册第2分册,属词汇短文阶段,一年级第二个学期使用。
    
全书共9课,每课由“学习提示、热身活动、课堂学习、实践活动、学习后记”等几大板块构成;3课为一个单元,每个单元有单元练习。全书配有课后练习活页,与教材配套,并附课文、生词录音MP3光盘以及单元测验和期中/期末总测试题。
    
本书继承北京语言大学编写综合教材的传统,以句法结构为纲,兼顾交际功能和文化。教材在语法的引入及操练、课文的编写、练习的设计上都注重交际性,尽量设置真实情景,融合功能与文化,力求做到结构、功能、文化三方面的结合。
    
作者简介
魏新红,北京语言大学汉语学院教师。长期从事对外汉语教学与研究工作,在对外汉语教学,尤其是初级综合课教学与教材编写上有着自己独特的想法。
