This is the accompanying teacher's book of the textbook 2 and workbook 2 of Easy Steps to Chinese. The teacher's book can also be used to accompany the German version of the textbook series Erste Schritte in Chinesisch (textbook 2 and workbook 2) or for all other language versions of 轻松学中文 (Qingsong Xue Zhongwen) vol. 2.

It can be consulted by teachers to prepare lessons. There are answers to most exercises in the textbook and the workbook. It also includes supplementary materials for some exercises, which will provide teachers with more testing materials.

The teaching purpose and teaching focus are listed at the beginning of each unit, which will help teachers to focus on the key points when they prepare and teach lessons and achieve the teaching purpose. Listening, oral and writing examinations are designed in this book to help teachers know how well students learn each unit and develop their language communication skills. Referring to testing modes in other countries, the author tried to use these unit tests to evaluate students’ command of Chinese and their abilities to use this language.

This book can provide teaching instructions for textbooks and workbooks annotated in any other languages. A CD is attached, in which the scripts for listening tests are provided.

The teacher's book does have a spiral binding and does come in large oversize format. Because the spiral binding does not provide sufficient stability, it may occur that some books are a bit wavy.
